The VLC 800 vinyl and laminate cutting guillotine is a versatile and efficient tool for crafts and DIY jobs that often involve extensive installation work. With this versatile tool you can cut not only all common laminate flooring boards with a thickness of up to 11 mm and a width of 465 mm, but also the very popular and extremely resistant vinyl flooring boards. This tool is suitable for all designer and common vinyl floors, between 2 and max. 11mm. With the VLC 800, you can easily cut vinyl boards or boards with an HDF sound insulation base. To cut 2–5 mm thin vinyl material, simply reduce the cutting range using the adjustable cutting bars. Thanks to the specially coated blade, you can work on self-adhesive vinyl without any problems. No noise, no current and no dust formation! The high-quality laser-cut smooth blade makes cutting laminate flooring not only safer, but also guarantees you even and precise cutting edges. This results, above all, from the geometry of the blade that defines the angle between the blade and the cutting range in a relationship with a maximum level of efficiency. Furthermore, the VLC 800 has a fastener on the cutting lever that, when cutting, presses the board tightly onto the integrated toothed cutting bars, preventing the board from sliding or getting stuck in the blade. This is a great help, especially for free angle cuts of 0–180° without a stop or for continuous longitudinal cuts. For the manufacture of narrow 55 mm vinyl strips, which can then be inserted into special skirting boards, there is a suitable stop on the side, in the aluminum profile. This way, you can produce skirting boards with a decoration suitable for the floor covering in the blink of an eye. |
